How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google, so they can only be changed in your store account:

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I paid but premium content is locked. What can I do?

Open the app's paywall or settings and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. If that does not help, email us with the app name, platform and the order ID from your receipt.

How do I request a refund?
